I am a PhD candidate at The Maria Grzegorzewska University and graduate of Psychology (Applied Educational Psychology) at the University of Warsaw.
As a researcher, I am interested in how personality traits shape volunteer engagement and/or activism in young adults, also under adverse circumstances (e.g., in unsafe environments). Particularly, I am interested how personal attitudes towards the present versus the future are involved in becoming and remaining a volunteer/an activist.
My other projects focus primarily on „prosocial personality”, charitable behaviors, time perspectives, coping during COVID-19, and their correlates/consequences.
I have various experiences in research (solo and in teams) and practical projects (including educational, health/rehabilitation and clinical psychology), as well as in volunteering for NGOs.
